In collaboration with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), media and development-focused organization  SoMaSHTe is implementing a project titled “Disability Equality in the Media.” The project’s main objective is to ensure dignified, inclusive, and rights-based representation of persons with disabilities in Bangladeshi media.

As part of the project, a media fellowship has been introduced to support the production of investigative and analytical stories on disability equality and inclusion. Proposals are invited from interested and qualified journalists and content creators from various media platforms (print, electronic, online, community radio, and social media) to participate in the fellowship.
