Context and Situation Analysis: A needs assessment will be conducted to understand the media and community context, identify key issues, map stakeholders, measure capacity, and set program priorities.
Capacity Development: Capacity and skills of radio production teams and ethnic minority youths will be enhanced through training, communication, and production labs, with selected national media journalists participating.
Radio Programming: Issue-based radio programs will be planned and produced with ethnic youths, featuring discussions with stakeholders, and broadcast along with semi-documentaries to promote community dialogue.
Promoting Mutual Learning: Three exchange events will be organized to foster mutual learning and share best practices among community media, national media, and civil society.
National-Level Learning Sharing: Project experiences will be shared at a national event to explore opportunities for scaling similar initiatives in other regions.
Monitoring and Evaluation: The project’s impact will be tracked through ongoing monitoring and audience surveys to assess effectiveness and gather feedback.
